ShareLife Curriculum featuring the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations
For the last three years, ShareLife, along with our five Catholic English school boards, have been diligently working to create Wonderworkers – A ShareLife curriculum.
Wonderworkers recounts the powerful true stories of everyday people being raised up and supported by ShareLife agencies with justice and love. It highlights three of the over 40 unique ShareLife agencies serving poor and marginalized people in our communities. In doing so, Wonderworkers presents real-life examples of how ShareLife embodies the values of the Ontario Catholic School Graduate Expectations (OCSGE).
Wonderworkers is intended for students from Grades 1 to 12, as well as educators, and was created to promote the good works of ShareLife member agencies through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching and the OCSGE. It is our hope that this curriculum resource will foster a deeper understanding of charity and service in our students.
While working and ministering to your school communities, please promote the ShareLife curriculum as a tangible way to learn about ShareLife and make a difference in the local community.
We thank all those who generously shared their gifts and talents to create the videos and curriculum.
