WYD Central Saturday July 30
The WYD Prayer Vigil was held at Campus Misericordiae. Pope Francis has some stirring words for young people and world leaders. Plus, we look at the different groups participating in World Youth Day, and look deeper at the life and death of St. Theresa Benedicta of the Cross – Edith Stein.
What are Christian Life Communities?
On our journey of faith we need the company of each other – the friendship that develops not only in our small groups but also through our regional, national, and worldwide community.
Christian Life Community (CLC) is a group of people who meet together regularly to help each other know Christ better and to find what He is asking of us in our daily lives.
We focus on the three pillars of Spirituality, Community, and Mission.

Bishop Barron on Confirmation and Evangelization
I recently had the enormous privilege of performing my first confirmation as a bishop, and that compelled me to do some serious studying and praying around the meaning of this great Sacrament. Confirmation is meant to set people on fire with the Holy Spirit, precisely so that they in turn can set the world on fire. Once again, the gifts that they receive are not for them.
